Competition Overview

The Pavilion Competition at the Pioneer Valley Show celebrates the creativity, skill, and community spirit of local makers and growers. Inside, visitors will find an impressive spread of handmade crafts, home-grown produce, baked goods, preserves, floral displays, photography, and more—each carefully prepared for judging. The pavilion is a vibrant showcase of local talent and pride, offering something inspiring for every visitor.

ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN FOR 2026

Forms to be submitted on the day or as stipulated in the schedule.

  • Combined Fine Arts & Horticultural Schedule

  • Needlework & Craft Judging Commences: 4pm Saturday 13 June 2026

  • All other Judging Commences: 7:45am Sunday 14 June 2026

  • Exhibits accepted at the Fine Arts Pavilion: Needlework & Craft from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 13 June 2026

  • All other sections 2pm to 6:30pm on Saturday 13 June 2026 and 6:30am to 7:30am on Sunday 14 June 2026. 

  • Late exhibits will not be accepted.

  • Chief Steward: Chris Peoples

  • The Pavilion will be open to the public after judging at approximately 10am.
